Dominion Care Services offers NDIS School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES) as part of our WorkReady program, designed specifically for young people with disabilities transitioning out of school and into the workforce. Our SLES program equips school leavers with the skills, knowledge, and confidence they need to succeed at work.
Through our SLES Youth Training and Life Skills program, participants gain practical skills, industry insights, and real-world experience. Our goal is to help you feel prepared to join the workforce and make a successful transition to employment, knowing you have the support and tools to thrive.
If you’re between 15 and 65 and have employment goals in your NDIS plan, Dominion Care Services offers the Finding and Keeping a Job (FaKJ) program to support you in reaching those goals. Our WorkReady program is focused on preparing you for the workforce at your own pace, with no pressure to find work before you’re ready. We provide the support, skills, and resources you need to confidently approach employment, ensuring you’re well-equipped for each step of your journey.
For individuals currently employed but facing challenges due to life changes, injury, disability, or health issues, Dominion Care Services provides the Work Assist program. This free program supports individuals at risk of losing their job, offering assistance tailored to your specific needs. Our Job Support Consultants collaborate with you and your employer to address barriers and create a plan for you to remain in your role confidently.

Dominion Care Services partners with the Australian Government to deliver Disability Employment Services (DES), a program that helps people with disabilities, injuries, or health conditions find and retain jobs that match their skills and strengths. Together, you and your Employment Specialist will create a Job Plan that aligns with your current needs, enhances your skills, and supports your personal employment goals. We’re here to get to know you and your story, ensuring that each step in your journey is informed by your unique abilities and aspirations.
