Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company’s mission and vision.
- Create plans to optimize workflow and resource allocation for maximum efficiency.
- Evaluate current operations and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead and manage a team of professionals, including recruitment staff, administrative personnel, and operations support.
- Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Continuously review and refine operational processes to streamline activities and reduce inefficiencies.
- Implement best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor process performance and make necessary adjustments.
- Develop and manage the operational budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Allocate resources effectively to meet business objectives.
- Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Ensure exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
