NDIS Job Support Services

Empowering Your Workforce Journey

 Empowering Your Workforce Journey
Through our School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES) and Finding and Keeping a Job (FAKJ) programs, young people and individuals with disabilities can access essential support to enhance their skills and prepare for employment.
If you are eligible for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), you can embark on your journey with us. If you don’t have an NDIS plan yet, we can assist you with the application process, or you can choose to fund your service independently.
By participating in our programs, you will acquire the skills, knowledge, and practical experience needed to confidently transition into work or pursue further training.

Our Approach

Who We Support

Dominion Care Services is dedicated to assisting individuals of all ages and abilities in achieving their employment aspirations through SLES and FAKJ. Whether you are ready to start working, seeking further education, or aiming for a job promotion, we are here to help.

Personalized Planning

To kick off your journey, our team will meet with you to understand your background and goals. We want to learn about your strengths and interests to tailor our approach effectively. Together, we’ll develop a personalized plan that reflects your aspirations. This plan will be reviewed by you and your support network to ensure it aligns with your objectives.

Your plan may include:

Tailored Support Just for You
Our services are designed to accommodate your individual needs and preferences. Our consultants begin by listening to your story and aspirations. If you are uncertain about your goals, we can help you identify them.
We offer flexible arrangements, including meetings at our local offices, in the community, at schools, or workplaces. If remote support is more suitable, we can connect with you online as well.
When it comes to education, we can assist with everything from enrollment to ongoing study support and liaising with your educational institution, whether it’s a TAFE, university, or registered training organization.

Ongoing Support to Connect You to Work
With access to a vast network of employers, we facilitate hands-on work experience opportunities that align with your interests and goals. Additionally, we provide ongoing assistance to help you find and retain a job through our Disability Employment Service (DES) program.
Once you secure employment, we will continue to support you to ensure a positive experience, providing guidance and someone to talk to when needed.

Youth Support Initiatives
We collaborate with youth organizations to develop and deliver engaging programs that cultivate interest in employment among young people. Our skilled and experienced team ensures each program is uniquely tailored to meet the specific requirements of participants.
Insurance Support for Returning to Work
If you are returning to work after an injury, we can collaborate with Workers Compensation and insurance companies to provide the support and services necessary to help you regain your confidence and skills.
Accessing Your NDIS Plan
You may be eligible to use your NDIS plan to fund our services. If you need guidance on how to apply for an NDIS plan, we can help. If you do not have an NDIS plan, you can still access our services through private funding options. Please call us at 1800948033 to discuss your choices.
